Lead Insulation Installer

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience installing insulation and working in residential environments. If you have experience in attic insulation, crawlspace insulation, air sealing, ductwork, or related trades, we want to hear from you.

Pay

-$45,000 - $65,000 per year
-Full-time position

Responsibilities

-Install fiberglass, cellulose, and other insulation products
-Perform attic and crawlspace insulation projects
-Complete air sealing and energy efficiency upgrades
-Operate insulation blowing and removal equipment
-Maintain a clean and professional job site
-Follow safety procedures and company standards
-Represent the company professionally with customers

Qualifications

-Previous insulation installation experience strongly preferred
-Construction, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or related trade experience considered
-Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
-Valid driver’s license
-Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
