Administrative Specialist –

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking Administrative Specialists to support our team with daily administrative and operational activities. This role will help ensure work orders, materials, audits, and departmental processes are accurately maintained and completed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with closing out work orders and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
• Manage and track materials used by the Prefab team.
• Assist with receiving material audits and verifying materials against records.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to work orders and materials.
• Provide administrative support across different areas of the Prefab department.
• Cross-train and provide coverage when team members are out or additional support is needed.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to help resolve discrepancies or outstanding items.
• Follow established procedures and processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, clerical, warehouse administration, or operations support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately enter, track, and maintain information.
• Comfortable working with materials, inventory records, work orders, and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to support different areas of the team.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or similar systems.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
• $22.00/hour (to be confirmed)
