Working Foreman

The Working Foreman oversees a small construction team of 1-5 workers, ensuring daily on-site presence to maintain productivity and safety standards. This role involves coordinating projects, managing equipment, and enforcing safety regulations, while maintaining clear communication and detailed reporting to the Project and Site Managers using both digital and manual methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a small team of construction workers
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance on site
• Coordinate project tasks and workflow efficiently
• Manage and maintain construction equipment
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Prepare reports for Project and Site Managers using digital and manual systems
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with management and team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction supervision
• Knowledge of construction management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and quality control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
