Landscape Sales Estimator
Job Description
We are a family-owned landscaping company dedicated to providing high-quality landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, and enhancement services. We have been in business for over 10 years and are now seeking a motivated and professional Landscape Sales Estimator to help us continue growing our client base.

We're a small company looking for someone to help us build out both our lead gen and sales side. Ideally, that's a self-starter who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves on marketing and finding new leads, is comfortable selling our services, and can run the estimating process end to end — from that first client conversation all the way through getting the project approved.

- Conduct site visits and gather information necessary to prepare accurate estimates
- Support lead generation and marketing efforts
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with office staff and field crews to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain organized records of customer communications, estimates, and sales activities
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business growth
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Comfortable meeting with clients and discussing project scopes and budgets
- Comfortable with digital tools including email, spreadsheets, and CRM or estimating software as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, estimating, project management, or customer service
- Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, drainage, or outdoor construction projects
- Ability to read plans, take measurements, and prepare estimates
