Lone Star Golf is hiring Bartenders for our new premium indoor golf, food and bar concept in Montgomery, TX. Our Bartenders are more than drink makers — they are hosts responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic guest experience while delivering excellent beverage service.

Lone Star Golf combines state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulators, a chef-driven kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality.

What You Will Do

As a Bartender, you will serve guests at the bar while supporting beverage service throughout the dining room and golf bays.

You will:

• Welcome guests promptly and create a polished first impression.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
• Follow approved recipes, measurements, glassware, garnish, and presentation standards.
• Recommend signature cocktails, premium spirits, wine pairings, and additional beverages.
• Monitor and prioritize service-bar tickets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and service-ready bar.
• Communicate delays and service needs proactively.
• Close every interaction with professionalism and genuine appreciation.

The role requires accurate recipes, correct presentation, prompt beverage service, continuous ticket monitoring, and proactive restocking throughout the shift.

Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but character, reliability, work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others matter most.

The Bartender Service Standards require prompt greetings, accurate recipes, correct glassware and garnish, timely beverage production, proactive selling, and a clean, professional workstation.

Preferred Qualifications

%CF; Restaurant, hotel, club, or hospitality experience preferred.

%CF; Ability to remain organized during high-volume service.

%CF; Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Requirements

%CF; Must be 18 or older (required to serve alcohol under Texas law).

%CF; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

%CF; Texas Food Handler and TABC certifications, or the ability to obtain them within company guidelines.

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform this position, team members should be able to:

%CF; Stand and walk for extended periods.

%CF; Carry food and beverage trays safely.

%CF; Lift and move up to 30 pounds.

%CF; Push or move golf bags, chairs, and light equipment as needed.

%CF; Work safely throughout golf bays, dining areas, and service stations.
