In this lively role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. You do also earn tips while working here which will be added on top of your hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and adhering to food safety standards in accordance with health regulations

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS system
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance to your scheduled shifts.
