Part-Time Creative Studio & Personal Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and creative Interior Design Studio & Personal Assistant to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will split your time between design support, social media execution, client communication, and personal/studio errands. You’ll work directly with our lead team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly both inside and outside the studio.
This role is ideal for a junior designer, advanced design student, or creative freelancer looking for consistent, flexible part-time hours in a dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Support & Social Media (40%)
- Draft, format, and prepare client presentation decks, mood boards, and layouts Rayon or CAD software.
- Plan, edit, and post content (reels, stories, posts) for our social media channels.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and organize project files.
- Client Communication & Studio Admin (30%)
- Act as a polite, professional point of contact for routine client inquiries and project status updates.
- Keep studio inventory, design samples, and project schedules organized.
- Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and vendor correspondence.
- Errands & Operations (30%)
- Perform local pickups and drop-offs (material samples, client orders, studio supplies).
- Handle personal and studio operational errands as needed to keep leadership focused on core creative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Design Software Proficiency: Functional experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Rayon, or CAD programs.
- Driver’s License & Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for running local errands.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- Organization & Detail: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines independently, and keep physical/digital spaces tidy.
