What You'll Do
- Greet patients with warmth, check them in, and ensure their visit starts on a positive note.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep the clinic flow seamless.
- Assist the chiropractor during patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle basic administrative tasks with confidentiality.
- Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and wellness tips as directed by the chiropractor.
- Support clinic operations by managing inventory of supplies and keeping spaces clean and organized.
What You'll Bring
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service setting is a plus.
