Responsibilities
- Learn Montessori Method
- Foster Independence
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Communicate with Teachers and Directors
- Flexible to work with Infants to 5 year olds
- Hours 8:30AM-5PM Monday-Friday closely follows public school calendar plus work at least 5 weeks summer
- Strong understanding of child development and best practice in classroom management a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Desire to Learn
- Knowledge of classroom safety, health and sanitizing and ability to closely adhere to these guidelines
- Team Player
- Problem Solving and Mediation Skills
