Shipping Manager

The Shipping Manager oversees all elements of shipping and receiving operations, ensuring smooth coordination of routine domestic and international shipments. This role involves supervising a small team, managing manual tracking and documentation, and maintaining compliance and quality standards within the shipping process. The Shipping Manager reports to the Warehouse Manager and Owner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities
• Oversee receiving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Supervise a small team of 1-5 members in daily operations
• Plan logistics and shipping schedules in alignment with supply chain goals
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the shipping process

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination
• Experience in team leadership and managing shipping & receiving operations
• Understanding of supply chain management principles
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
