Important Certification Requirement

Applicants MUST already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.

Please do not apply if you do not currently have an active RBT certification. This position is for already-certified RBTs and is not a training position for individuals who still need to complete the 40-hour course, competency assessment, or RBT examination.

About Rise & Flourish ABA Therapy

Rise & Flourish ABA Therapy, LLC provides compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to help children increase communication, independence, social skills, functional living skills, and meaningful participation in their everyday environments.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who enjoy working with children and want to grow within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy according to individualized treatment plans
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs developed by the supervising BCBA
• Utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and other evidence-based teaching procedures
• Teach functional communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate and timely session data
• Implement reinforcement, prompting, prompt-fading, and behavior-support procedures
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans and client safety protocols
• Complete accurate session notes and required documentation
• Participate in BCBA supervision, clinical meetings, and ongoing training
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, supervisors, and other members of the treatment team
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, BACB, payer, and company requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB — REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance when travel is required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to meet company onboarding requirements
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and accept feedback from supervising BCBAs

Compensation

$20.00 per hour

Employees may also be eligible for future merit-based increases based on performance, clinical competency, reliability, and company policy.
