Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive service on assigned equipment
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document service activities, parts used, and completed work orders accurately
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Order and manage parts and supplies needed for service and repair tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple service calls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
