Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities

• Compute & Record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry & administrative duties
• Process billing applications
• Manage 3rd party invoicing and payment sites
• Handle accounts receivable calls
• Record payments and deposits with accuracy

• Qualifications
• Experience in accounts receivable, finance, or other related fields
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Efficient in Quickbooks Desktop
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Basic knowledge on tax related exemption forms
