Residential Lawn & Snow Specialist
Job Description
Looking to add a new Lawn Care & Snow specialist to our team.
Job Responsibilities:
SUMMER MONTHS (April - October)
- Cutting grass, trimming, edging, typical lawn care
- Power washing, mulching, leave pickup, gutter cleaning
- Landscape and hardscaping experience
- Washing down trucks, equipment maintenance
- Delivery Driver
WINTER MONTHS (November - March)
- Snow plowing driveways & parking lots
- Maintain sidewalks with snowblowers, shovels, salting
- Washing down trucks after every route
- Work hours can be at any given time of day depending on weather forecast
- Equipment maintenance on plows, trucks and skidsteers
- Delivery driver
Skills and qualifications:
- High School or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable source of transportation
- At least 2 years of common lawn equipment (Zero Turns, push mowers, edgers, trimmers, leaf blowers, etc)
- At least 2 years common winter equipment (snow blowers, snow plow truck, salters)
- Use of Common hand tools (brooms, shovels, salt spreaders)
- Able to work throughout all elements and inclement of weather
- Able to take direction from leadership

90 day probationary period
Wisco Plowing has over 10 plus years of snow plowing experience. We are a small family owned and operated business and we continue to broaden our services throughout Waukesha County. We offer Residential and Commercial Snow removal services. We are expanding our work into a year round operation coming for summer 2026 for lawn care services!
