Elite Caregiver

Looking to add to our elite group of day and NOC shift caregivers. This is not your average AL Caregiver position - this is an ESF, we serve a special clientele and make a huge difference in their lives. We are very structured and adhere to state mandated ratios. Our core values include compassion (for residents and staff), professionalism, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional resident care
• Support clients with diverse trauma backgrounds through therapeutic engagement
• Monitor safety to maintain a secure environment
• Accurately maintain records and documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Adhere to state-mandated caregiver-to-client ratio requirements

We are an Enhanced Services Facility accepting applicants to fill both day and NOC shift positions. Our shifts are 12 hour shifts working 3 days per week.
