Event Load-In/Load-Out Crew

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to lift approximately 60 lbs
• Able to push heavy road cases on wheels
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving equipment throughout the hotel
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be available for the shift you sign up for

AUGUST 29

⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
8 Workers Needed

Unload 2 trailers with road cases and push cases to different floors and areas throughout the hotel. Some empty cases will also be returned to the trucks.

AUGUST 30

⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 Workers Needed

Collect empty road cases from throughout the building and load them back onto the trucks.

SEPTEMBER 3

⏰ 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
8 Workers Needed

Take empty road cases off the trucks and push them to various areas throughout the venue.

SEPTEMBER 4

⏰ 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
6 Workers Needed

Load 2 trailers with road cases alongside the event team.
