Infant and Toddler Teacher

Little Pasitos Bilingual Preschool is seeking a Spanish speaking, dedicated, and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for young learners. We are looking for teachers that are able to fluently speak Spanish and English to join our Little Pasitos Family.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to children in a safe and supportive environment
• Lesson Planning age appropriate activities
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all children under your supervision
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Skills:

• Patience working with young children
• Punctuality
• Experience in babysitting, daycare, or related childcare roles
• Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
• Ability to work with toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management skills
• Certification in first aid
• Familiarity with caregiving responsibilities for young children

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (High school/GED at minimum)
• Experience working in Child Care
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Background checks within 60 months
