Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop/Driver. This entry-level position involves receiving, handling, assembling and delivering door & millwork products to construction sites around the Valley. No technical experience is required — we provide full training! However, we would prefer a candidate that has trailer driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming millwork and door products.
  • Safely load and unload products for delivery.
  • Assemble door & millwork packages
  • Deliver products to job sites using company vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and vehicle.
  • Assist with general shop duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • No prior experience needed — training will be provided.
