Labor Solutions Professional is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our warehouse fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

As our Fulfillment Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in coordinating daily warehouse activities, driving team performance, improving processes, and maintaining operational excellence. What You'll Do

'05; Lead and support the Fulfillment Team while providing daily direction and coaching to the Fulfillment Lead.

'05; Plan and prioritize daily workloads to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

'05; Monitor productivity, quality, and performance while providing feedback and accountability.

'05; Collaborate closely with Production, Project Management, Sales, Logistics, and Inventory teams to keep orders moving efficiently.

'05; Oversee order picking, quality control, packaging, shipping, staging, and freight coordination.

'05; Manage shipping requirements, including pallets, crates, special packaging, and loading/unloading activities.

'05; Identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact customer deadlines.

'05; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

'05; Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and cost savings.

'05; Work alongside your team as needed to support fulfillment and shipping operations.

What We're Looking For

'14; 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, shipping/receiving, or a related field.

'14; Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

'14; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

'14; Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs.

'14; Proven ability to motivate teams, provide coaching, and hold employees accountable.

'14; High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

'14; Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.

'14; Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.

'14; Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company systems and software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when necessary.

• Ability to actively participate in fulfillment, shipping, packaging, and material handling tasks.
