Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Remediation Estimator to join our growing team. The successful

candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for complex

remediation projects, supporting business development efforts, and driving strategic project

planning. This role requires a strong understanding of environmental regulations, remediation

technologies (ISCO/ISS/hazardous waste), and construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and proposals for remediation projects,

including soil, groundwater, and ISCO/ISS scopes.

• Analyze bid documents, drawings, specifications, and environmental reports to determine the

scope and pricing.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate estimates

and risk assessments.

• Develop and maintain cost databases, pricing models, and historical project data for future

estimating.

• Support strategic business development by providing accurate budgets, schedules, and

technical input for proposals.

• Mentor junior estimators and provide guidance on estimating best practices.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety

regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction

Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating environmental remediation or construction

projects.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong knowledge of environmental remediation methods, equipment, and materials.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to review and understand technical reports, remedies, and regulatory requirements
