Diagnostic Medical Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, energetic Bilingual Diagnostic Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work directly with patients to assist with diagnostic medical testing in a welcoming and professional environment.

No prior diagnostic testing experience is required—we will provide full hands-on training! If you are fluent in English and Spanish, have great communication skills, and love working with people, we will teach you the technical skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Interaction: Welcome patients, put them at ease, and guide them clearly through their diagnostic testing procedures.
• Testing Support: Assist in performing routine diagnostic medical tests following our established safety and clinical protocols (training provided).
• Patient Intake & Data Entry: Accurately record patient information, medical histories, and test results in our computer system.
• Communication: Coordinate with team members and answer patient questions in both English and Spanish.
• Equipment & Space Prep: Keep testing areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service skills with a compassionate, patient-first attitude.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong general computer skills (comfortable learning new medical software and handling basic data entry).
• Motivation: Punctual, eager to learn, and strong attention to detail.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
