Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Laborer to support record center operations. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as moving, organizing, and handling storage boxes and materials in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, lift, and organize storage boxes, bins, and totes
• Process and fulfill incoming and outgoing orders
• Load and unload materials manually and using hand carts or pallet jacks
• Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and orders
• Maintain accurate documentation using internal systems
• Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Schedule

• 5 days per week
• 9-hour shifts including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 10–100 lbs regularly without assistance
• Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Experience with pallet jacks and material handling equipment preferred
• Ability to read and write in English
• Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and climbing ladders

Physical Demands

• Continuous physical activity including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
• Ability to work on stairs, inclines, and varying surfaces
• Frequent manual handling throughout the shift

Additional Requirements

• Must wear safety-toe footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards
• Footwear must have a slip-resistant rating (“Better” or “Best”)
