Earnings & Pay Tier

  • Up to $1.00 CPM: Run 4+ weeks minimum out
  • $0.90 CPM: Run 3 weeks minimum out
  • Bonus Program: Ask about additional $1.00 CPM bonus incentives
  • 6,000+ Weekly Miles: Consistent freight designed to keep teams moving

Equipment & Perks

  • Late-Model Rigs: 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadias & Peterbilts
  • Free Travel: We fly you directly to the truck to start or if flying isn't for you we have car rentals available PAID.

  • 100% Dry Van — No-Touch, Drop & Hook
  • Dedicated Southeast & Southwest lanes + 48-State OTR

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A with 1+ year verifiable OTR experience
  • Clean driving record & professional communication skills
  • Reference check required
  • Escrow program applies
  • No active SAP (must be fully completed with docs)
