Packer – 1st Shift

Location: Ham Lake, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Pay: $18–$21/hour
Experience: 1+ year preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in Ham Lake. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can use computers confidently. This position is a great fit for someone who learns quickly, follows instructions well, and takes pride in accurate, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Accurately complete paperwork and computer-based tasks.
• Use computer systems to enter, track, and update information.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Perform other warehouse and packing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using computers and able to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime on Fridays when needed.
