Job Title: Deli Manager

Location: Food Lion, Hilton Head SC

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Deli Operations: Manage daily deli activities, ensuring smooth operation, including preparing and serving deli products, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety guidelines.
2. Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise deli team members, train new hires, schedule shifts, and provide ongoing support to the team.
3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor product stock levels, order supplies, and ensure product freshness and availability.
5. Budget and Sales: Help meet sales goals, manage costs, and track performance to maximize efficiency and profitability.
6. Compliance: Ensure the deli follows health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.

Key Priorities:
