What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of proven success as a District or Area Manager in the QSR or Fast-Casual Restaurant space
- Experience managing 5 or more units
- A record of developing top talent and building bench strength
- Strong P&L management and profit-driving ability
- Confident and fluent in sales strategy execution
- A skilled operator and trainer in all aspects of restaurant management
- Organized, energetic, and highly accountable
- A hands-on, "lead from the front" personality – clipboard optional!
