Entry-Level Business Development Representative - North New Jersey

Start Date: Immediate (Training starts following Monday)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, typical field hours 9 AM – 3 PM EST

Compensation: $200/day base + $50/day travel reimbursement + sales commissions (Average earnings scale as client base grows)

Location: North New Jersey Field Territory (This is a 100% on-site position. Candidates must be based in Newark or the surrounding area. Relocation expenses are not covered.)

Covering Newark, Paterson, Elizabeth, and surrounding districts. Vehicle & Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory due to territory size.

About the Role

We are a New York City-based company expanding our field operations into North New Jersey. We are seeking driven Field Sales Representatives eager to gain hands-on, high-impact experience in B2B sales and relationship management.

As part of this program, you’ll visit clients in person, build professional relationships, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. This is a great way to develop your communication skills, expand your business knowledge, and kickstart your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities and contribute to outreach efforts
• Client Communication: Support the team by maintaining positive relationships with prospects and customers
• Sales Support: Assist in qualifying leads and maintaining follow-up
• Collaboration: Work alongside experienced team members and contribute to team success

Who You Are

• Some college education is preferred; recent graduates welcome (any field of study) or equivalent job experience.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required for candidates with strong communication skills and drive.
• Friendly, organized, and eager to learn. Well-spoken, confident, and professional. Comfortable speaking with clients and taking initiative.
• English fluency required; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Available to work on-site in North New Jersey Field Territory.
• Able to commit to the fixed schedule: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday.
