Construction Inspector II

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Construction Inspectors to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, contract requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Must possess a High School Diploma or a GED.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents. (Only for Inspector II, III, and Senior Construction Inspector)
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
