The Opportunity

Our Warehouse Manager keeps our warehouse, with a team of 5-shipping and receiving clerks, running with accuracy and efficiency. The position handles SAP administrative entries, oversees receipt of good, tracks item locations within the repair cycle, monitors material flow, prepares goods for shipment through carriers, and helps out the team on the floor throughout the day. The goal is to ensure customer deadlines are met through operational excellence.


Buford, Georgia (in person Monday through Friday / 8am to 5pm)
Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000


This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who will work alongside their team, solving problems, improving processes, and holding people accountable on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Corresponding with and taking guidance from the Corporate Operations Director throughout the day.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient organization of parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate material flow between the warehouse and production teams to support repair operations and customer deadlines.
  • Partner with production leadership to improve scheduling, workflow, productivity, and turnaround times.
  • Promote workplace safety, organization, cleanliness, and Lean/5S practices.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and work-in-process records using SAP (our ERP and inventory management system), Microsoft applications, ADP, and more.
  • Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, minimize waste, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfillment, and turnaround time.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and take immediate action to keep work moving.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of warehouse experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with 5 or more direct reports within a warehouse environment.
  • 2+ years of experience using SAP (or other ERP), Microsoft Applications, and ADP.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience in industrial repair, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team and lead by example.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
