Food Preparer

The Food Preparer plays a role in supporting kitchen operations by preparing food items, handling ingredients properly, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. This position typically works independently within a small team of 1-5 members and reports to the kitchen manager. The role requires working hours from 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation aligned with kitchen demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Handle ingredients safely and maintain ingredient stock
• Ensure sanitation of food preparation areas and tools
• Clean kitchen and workstations regularly
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support kitchen operations
• Operate dishwasher and manage dishwashing duties
