Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Smile 4 Less Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

to join our team on the Westside of El Paso.

What You'll Do

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients begin their

orthodontic journey. You will:

• Welcome and build relationships with new and existing patients and families.
• Present and explain orthodontic treatment options in a clear and positive manner.
• Confidently present and sell orthodontic services and treatment plans.
• Help patients understand the value and benefits of orthodontic treatment.
• Discuss treatment costs and financing options with patients and parents.
• Follow up with prospective patients and help convert consultations into new starts.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from the initial consultation through the start of treatment.
• Work closely with the orthodontist and team to ensure excellent communication and patient care.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
