We are currently seeking experienced Leads to manage large industrial project teams. In this role, you will oversee project execution, provide strategic direction, and mentor team members to drive successful outcomes. The Lead will report to the Senior Manager or Director and is responsible for ensuring resource efficiency and high performance within the team.

- Lead and manage a large team of 16+ members
- Oversee technical projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and execute strategic project plans
- Monitor team performance and manage outcomes
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals
- Mentor and support team members’ growth
- Report project status and issues to Senior Manager or Director
