WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role covers ground across multiple service lines. No two weeks look exactly the same, and that's the point. Responsibilities include:

In the Shop

• Assist with light gauge steel panel and truss manufacturing
• Operate and maintain shop equipment safely and properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Perform quality checks and flag anything that doesn't meet standard

In the Field

• Support spray foam insulation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Assist with concrete lifting and leveling operations
• Help with jobsite setup, breakdown, and material handling
• Interact professionally with customers, homeowners, and general contractors on every visit

Day to Day

• Follow direction from your foreman and execute tasks with minimal supervision once trained
• Communicate clearly when problems arise -- don't hide issues, solve them
• Take care of equipment and tools like they're your own
• Adapt quickly as priorities shift across service lines

WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR
