NOW RECRUITING ~ Restoration / Remodel / General Labor

Position Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire
Location: Northwest Ohio / Southeast Michigan
Pay: Based on experience and assignment $17-$20hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or overtime as needed

Job Summary

Let’s Work “Beyond Staffing” is seeking dependable and hardworking Restoration / Remodel / General Labor workers to support residential and commercial restoration, remodeling, construction, and cleanup projects.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction, remodeling, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects
• Perform general construction and labor duties as assigned
• Assist with demolition, tear-out, debris removal, and site cleanup
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled tradespeople with assigned tasks
• Perform basic remodeling tasks as directed
• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
• Protect customer property and work areas
• Follow instructions and complete assignments efficiently
• Perform other general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restoration, remodeling, construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
• Background Check 7yrs *Background friendly *some restrictions apply

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in dusty, dirty, noisy, or changing job-site environments
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
