Location: Crossville, TN
Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

SmallBiz Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Line Cook for a popular local diner in Crossville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing quality meals, and understands the importance of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
-Complete daily food prep and stock preparation stations
-Operate cooking equipment including grills and fryers
-Maintain proper portion control and food presentation
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized
-Assist with inventory rotation and proper food storage
-Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:
-Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and attendance
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
