Shipping Clerk 2nd Shift

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Updates and confirms shippers.
• Creates master bill of lading.
• Matches correct containers in container workbench.
• Verifies ASN (advance shipper notice) transmission.
• Prints and distributes daily JIT.
• Uses computer to check for outstanding or updated customer requirements.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Shipping Manager.

Required experience:

· High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
