We are a leading Commercial Cabinet and Countertop Contractor and Manufacturer, specializing in multi-family and apartment construction across the Southeast. We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and organized Superintendent to manage onsite operations and ensure project success from the ground up.

The Superintendent’s primary focus is to coordinate material deliveries, manage installations, maintain consistent communication with office staff, and ensure quality control — all essential to the overall success of each project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial cabinet and countertop projects
  • Track project schedules and daily progress reports
  • Represent the company in meetings with Owners, General Contractors, and Architects
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and installation teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
  • Manage onsite inventory and material deliveries
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and closeout reports
  • Execute project punch lists and turnover procedures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in commercial general contracting or relevant trade market
  • Proven experience with both ground-up and renovation projects
  • Background in multi-family/apartment construction
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple tasks
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred)
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Tech Proficiency

  • Comfortable using an iPad to update project data to a shared server
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Experience with Procore, Autodesk, and Plangrid is a plus
  • Knowledge of Fishbowl Inventory Software is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
