Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and professional Sales Representative to join our roofing company on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting with homeowners, inspecting properties, presenting roofing solutions, following up with customers, and helping guide them through the sales process from start to finish.

(HAVE TO KNOW AND SPEAK SPANISH)

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new roofing leads.
• Meet with homeowners and provide professional customer service.
• Conduct basic roof/property inspections and identify potential roofing needs.
• Present estimates, roofing options, and project details to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work toward meeting individual and company sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
