We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support our attorneys. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with courts, clients, adversaries and witnesses
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands and responses
- Preparing matrimonial statements of net worth
- Electronic court filings
- Support attorneys as needed
Requirements
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Professional demeanor
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Experience with discovery responses and knowledge of financial documents highly desirable
- Experience in real estate closings and modifications is a plus
- Notary Public required or appointment required within 90 days of hire (expense paid by the Firm)
- Paralegal certification highly desirable
