Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist will assist the Human Resource Director with challenging and day-to-day tasks in the areas of talent acquisition, benefits administration, new hire onboarding, employee record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Maintains accurate records of active job openings and resumes received; manages internal and external job postings.
- Filter incoming resumes for suitability and provide resumes to hiring managers.
- Conduct introductory phone screens and schedule interviews as appropriate.
- Source candidates for technical, engineering, project management, and front office positions.
Benefits Administration: - Handles employee benefits administration, which may include open enrollment, new hire onboarding, implementation of supplemental benefits.
- Plans and supports company-wide information meetings and communications, such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.
Data Management and Record-keeping: - Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, VETS 4212 submissions, data audits, and other compliance reviews.
- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing organization.
- 9+ years’ Human Resources experience, including background in talent acquisition and benefits administration.
- Must have experience in mid-sized, fast-growing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, may substitute relevant experience.
- SHRM CP certification preferred.
- Ability to appropriately apply best practices from a large organization a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
We seek the best-and-brightest professionals at all levels so offer highly competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000. Salary ranges reflect compensation for qualified candidates across a range of experience levels and are flexible; actual salary will be determined based on demonstrated skills, experience, and performance.
Company-sponsored benefits include: 6% 401(k) company match with immediate vesting, educational assistance up to $7,000 per year, 100% insurance premium subsidy for employees (75% for dependents), Anthem medical/vision, Guardian dental, life and disability coverage, 3 weeks’ vacation, 2 weeks sick leave, and 11 holidays.
