Field Estimator

This position is responsible for handling the initial phase of a project. As a Field Estimator, you will be the first impression a customer has of our company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-person inspections and gathering all necessary information to write accurate estimates.
• Delivering estimates within 24 to 48 hours of inspection, depending on project size and current workload.
• Communicating with all involved parties; including homeowners, insurance adjusters, architects, and vendors, to secure approvals and signed contracts.
• Reinspecting properties when necessary for supplemental work.
• Reviewing, understanding, and adjusting project scopes based on construction documents.

This is a hybrid position. You are required to perform in-person inspections throughout San Diego County, but you can work from home to complete all other tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in the restoration or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
• Proficiency in Simbility is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and execute work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Ability to operate efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to provide management with timely, accurate project status updates.
• Full availability during business hours, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly desirable.
• Willingness to participate in all required training.

We are a local Restoration Company. We specialize in remodeling, and rebuilding water, mold, fire and structural damage in residential and commercial properties. Due to the high demand of our services, we are looking to expand our team.
