The ideal candidate will be familiar with the printing and sign-making industry and comfortable communicating with customers, preparing estimates, and helping coordinate projects from the initial request through production.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
- Gather project specifications and prepare accurate quotes
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and orders
- Enter and organize job information
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams
- Help ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule
- Maintain professional and friendly customer communication
