Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, budget, and lifestyle, and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service, product knowledge, and personalized communication.
Educate customers on vehicle features, technology, options, pricing, financing, and ownership benefits to support informed purchasing decisions.
Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation and vehicle selection through negotiation, paperwork, and delivery.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives while confidently communicating vehicle capabilities, features, and value.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop long-term relationships, generate repeat business, and encourage referrals.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within dealership CRM systems.
Collaborate with management, service, and other dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Stay current on new and pre-owned inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Consistently work toward and achieve individual and dealership sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.
