Food Truck Operator/Server

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to staff and operate our food truck during daily operations. We are a Hawaiian Style Poke food truck focused on quality food, smooth service, and a positive vibe. We value reliability, consistency, and people who enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team.

Pay:

• $20+/hour (Depending on exprience)
• Cash and card tips for your shift
• Catering Events Pay Extra per hour

Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Operations):

• Prepare and serve food according to company standards
• Operate the food truck during service hours (setup, service, and breakdown)
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
• Open and close the truck as needed
• Future responsibilities may include making high quality protein shakes/smoothies per guidelines of food truck

Qualifications:

• Food service or hospitality experience (food truck experience is a plus), with knowledge of portion quality/control
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on your feet and in varying weather conditions
• Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe Certificate required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Available Friday through Sunday consistently
• Prefer somone with some experience with making smoothies/shakes
