Millennium Machine and Tool is looking for responsible and experienced CNC Mill Operators and Machinists to work in our expanding, innovative and diverse company in Newton, Kansas. We work with aerospace and commercial industries and employ less than 100 people with a long history of a dependable workload and never having a layoff. We are looking for men and women with some experience who are looking to grow with a rapidly growing company. Starting pay is dependent on job knowledge, experience and skill level. Job Description

CNC Operators and CNC Machinists – 1st Shift Openings

• Variety of work using 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines

WORK SCHEDULES:

1st Shift Hours – Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm and Friday, 6:00 am – 10:00 am

Typical work week is 40-45 hours a week. Overtime available on a volunteer basis.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED / PREFERRED

• Understand precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, setup sheets, work instructions, etc.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Daily team communication and collaboration.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES

• Requires a strong, related work history.
• Can work well with others.
• Observes safety procedures by using equipment properly.
• Dependable attendance.
• Follows instructions.

EDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIRED / PREFERRED

• One to three years of experience operating CNC equipment.
• High school degree or equivalent
