Construction Laborer / General Laborer

We are a small, family-owned general contracting company specializing in remodeling, renovations, and new construction. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Construction Laborer to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who is hardworking, self-motivated, and has a can-do attitude. We want someone who pays attention, takes initiative, and doesn’t need to be constantly told what to do next.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Basic knowledge of common hand and power tools

Ability to follow directions and learn quickly

Takes initiative and looks for what needs to be done next

Willing to perform a variety of construction-related tasks

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with physical labor, lifting materials, and working in an active construction environment

Keeps job sites clean, organized, and safe

Positive, can-do mentality and willingness to learn new skills

Typical Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters and other trades as needed

Load, unload, and move construction materials

Job-site setup and cleanup

Demolition and debris removal

Use basic hand and power tools

Assist with general remodeling and construction tasks

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Construction experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to work with and train the right person who shows up, works hard, takes initiative, and wants to learn and grow in the construction industry.
