As the "face and voice" of our agency, you will set the tone for our entire client experience. You will seamlessly direct office traffic, manage crucial administrative workflows, and provide vital support to both our personal and commercial lines teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Client Relations & Traffic Management
First Impression: Warmly greet clients, prospects, and visitors upon arrival to create an inviting, professional office atmosphere.
Funnel Management: Efficiently direct incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in traffic to the appropriate team member.
Client Care: Deliver exceptional customer service, answering basic inquiries and ensuring a positive, memorable interaction every time.
Insurance Account Support
Payment Processing: Securely accept, log, and process payments for both personal and commercial lines accounts.
Policy Transactions: Assist clients with basic personal lines service requests, file documentation, and coverage updates/changes.
Certificate Issuance: Promptly prepare and issue commercial insurance certificates for our business clients.
Policy Prep: Assemble and organize final policy packets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and ready for client delivery.
Personal Lines Quoting: Gather necessary risk information and utilize carrier portals to generate accurate quotes for personal insurance prospects.
Office Administration & Marketing
Financial Upkeep: Accurately process and record daily bank deposits.
Mail Distribution: Sort, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate physical marketing mailings and nurture client relationships by managing our agency's birthday card program.

Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with basic computer applications, modern office software, and multi-line phone systems.
