We are a leading towing and recovery company providing 24/7 roadside assistance, heavy-duty recovery, and transport services. Our team prides itself on professionalism, safety, and fast response times. We’re expanding our fleet and seeking an experienced Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our growing operation.

Position Overview

As a Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Driver, you will operate specialized equipment to recover, transport, and secure large vehicles and machinery, including semis, buses, RVs, and construction equipment. You’ll work closely with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement to complete jobs safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty tow trucks, wreckers, and recovery equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and recovery calls as dispatched.

  • Perform load securement and safely transport vehicles, equipment, and cargo.

  • Complete necessary paperwork, trip logs, and damage reports accurately.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and roadside authorities.

  • Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B required (with standard transmission endorsement preferred).

  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience operating heavy-duty tow trucks or comparable equipment preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation.

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.

  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
