Trucking Load Planner / Dispatcher

• Plan and coordinated freight shipments for a trucking company by assigning customer loads to the nearest available company trucks to maximize efficiency and reduce transit time.
• Must have Experience Utilizing load boards such as DAT Freight & Analytics to identify and secure shipments that aligned with truck availability, routes, and customer requirements.
• Monitored and tracked loads throughout transit, providing customers with accurate ETAs for pickups and deliveries while ensuring timely communication on shipment status updates.
• Collaborated with driver dispatch teams and internal staff to resolve issues, maintain scheduling accuracy, and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Maintained strong communication with customers, drivers, and brokers to ensure smooth transportation operations and on-time deliveries.
