Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing side and sushi items for our guests following portioning and recipes
- Primarily works in front of guests while preparing foods at the sushi bar
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience required
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus!
